'72 saw the introduction of a totally new GT, the GT-140. The venerable V-143 Jetflite under the
different GT-143 Jetflite name in '71, was finally gone. The Jetflite was so popular it lasted an entire
decade. The new GT-140 would recieve the V-145 Fireflite tag in 1973 and would disappear after that.
The GT-150 and GT-160 returned basically unchanged. Some new cosmetic changes were available.
On to the 1973 GTs
