What are the rarest and most collectible Glastrons?
pg. 3

1971 Models
From the moment you see the cover of the 1971 catalog you know the '71s are some hot Glastrons.
Several hot new sporty models are introduced in 1971 including the big Carlson CV-21 on the cover.
In additon to the CV-21, more all new Glastron Carlson models are introduced in the sleek
CV-16 and CV-19. Only the Challenger of the original Carlson line is back and renamed the CH-16.
And that's not all!!! After a year absence in 1970, an all new GT line is introduced in 1971.
The sporty GT-160 with its spoiler tail is one great collectible Glastron. A top recommendation.
The Jetflite finally dies.....or does it? For 1971 it is given the name GT-143. It doesn't return for 1972.
Its replacement, the 1972 GT-140, is rather plain and doesn't last another year.
The other big big debut is the timeless classic GT-150. A super super boat and top recommendation.
James Bond and the movie "Live and Let Die" make the GT-150 the mostly widely known Glstron in the world. The picture of it making its world record setting leap in the movie is one of the mostly widely distrubited boat pictures ever worldwide. Also in 1971, the Gulfsteams and Sierras are beautiful designs.
The ever-popular Vagabond camper is going strong as ever.

Still under construction.....check back for more.
