In 1974
Bob Hammond, founder of Glastron Boats, retired from Glastron after 17
years of building the world's largest boat company.
But
he was far from finished with boat building! He went on to create
a new boat company: Hammond Boats. The company
flourished
from 1975 until the mid '80s. I am just now learning more about
the
company and will update as I go. By the way, today Bob owns just one
boat, an emaculate Hammond. Here are some of the catalogs.
