hello, my name is Robert Lemire. i assumed presidency of the michigan chapter last year, but work carried me off to west virginia, leaving my boat all alone up in michigan still. i made some tentative plans in mich last year and didn't get to follow through, but i am moving back. i will be back in michigan end of feb and hopefully we can get together this year.

Hi Candyman. I'm not sure you want to come back to MI to quickly. It's cold & snowy right now. Hope to see you this summer.

Hi Robert

Where are you moving to in MI?...I am at the border in Sault Ste.Marie ON....I have only seen about 3 Glastrons in this area so far and one of them is my neighbour from across the river ( Goulais River). It would be nice to have a meet in the area next summer. I have already put the boat to bed for the winter.

Hi Scott

Pretty quite up here in the north ....I think that all the boats are put away and the owners are asleep...zzzzzzz......I know that I am going to try for a day in the next few weekends to get out but the next two have been taken up with traveling. Still have a couple left before the water turns real hard!

Hello -

I am John -
I have recently acquired a CVX-20 and I live on Walled Lake, In Novi, Mi

The motor inst running and know nothing about them so if anyone wants to help ... I could use plenty !

I did a little research and apparently i have a NOS motor, (what ever this means)
Its a big block ford 460 and I think it has a Holly 650 double pumper -

No clue what is inside or how much HP the thing has but the guy I got it from says it could beat every boat on the lake, donzi's, liberator's, anything else with a 454...
BUT .. now it had metal chucks of something in the bottom of the oil pan ...
He said he rebuilt the motor and afterwords it was idling in the driveway when this happened. His wife said enough and he had to sell-

Thats All I know -

Talk to everyone soon -
John
