Here are the windshield frames in process. I forgot to take a picture of the finished product though. The first picture is right out of the mold with another set of cut off parts next to them. The second pic is those parts hot off the welder. The parts had a lot of sand marks because of the loose mold they came from. Luckily my cousin did a great job welding. 535 Almag is a pain to weld. We couldn't add material, only heat it up and then polish it after.
Note all the weld marks! These were the most labor-intensive parts by far but well worth it!
Out of all the frames I poured, I only got 2 good sets and those are sold. I did save a set as a pattern though. They aren't fit for a boat but I can fill the marks with filler and use them as a permanent pattern in case people need them in the future. I did the same with the bow cap.
As for what I've got left for sale, I believe I have only one bow cap left for sale if anyone's interested. $80 shipped. I can and will make more in the future but it will be a long lead-time because I'm moving away from my families business. Figure a few months if you want/need one.
